Ingredients:

Salmon:

  • 5-6 wild-caught salmon fillets, about 1 1/2 lbs total

Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Garnish:

  • Lemon wedges and minced parsley, to serve

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
Prepare Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Season both sides of the salmon fillets with sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Make Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine the minced garlic, water, raw honey, coconut aminos, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
